Palisades Fire Rebuild

We’re collaborating with a family in the Palisades to design and rebuild their home which tragically burned along with what amounts to the entire neighborhood. We're partnering with a structural engineer and a contractor to streamline the process as much as possible. To qualify for an expedited plan review and permitting, owners can rebuild an additional 10% of bulk, height and square footage. We are working with the owners to update their home design, making it more fire safe, energy, efficient, and healthy.
