UNDER CONSTRUCTION - UPDATES FORTHCOMING
A rare opportunity to design and build a new home in Mill Valley. The site sits atop a ridge that overlooks Richardson Bay to the East and has sweeping views of San Francisco to the South. The project broke ground in the Fall of 2024.
We sought to take advantage of the views and placed the public spaces of the house on the eastern side of the upper floor away from the street to provide privacy. The living and dining areas will be embraced by a canopy of heritage oaks with filtered views to the bay.
Construction is underway. Foundations have been poured and the first floor walls are starting to go up. We have weekly meetings onsite to review progress with owners and the general contractor.
